the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. food was excellent, and i especially enjoyed the breakfast (the pastries were fresh!). the kids enjoyed the play area and entertainment options.
the fridge in the minibar wasn't working. this was a little inconvenient for keeping drinks cold, especially with the warm weather.

This resort shines! the pools were a hit with everyone and kept clean. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness. They seemed to anticipate our needs. breakfast each morning provided a delicious and varied start to the day..
i did notice the wait times for snacks at the pool sometimes stretched longer than ideal.. about 25 minutes. it would improve the poolside experience greatly if this were addressed.
