the hotel's direct beach access was a highlight i appreciated. slides offered entertainment for children, and they were well maintained. the staff was helpful, always there to assist when needed.
The check-in wait was quite long. It took about 40 minutes. i found only one restaurant open for food upon arrival, with the rest closed for three hours. the poor soundproofing between rooms was an issue, as i could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room.

The resort has a playground that children can use at night. The kids club remains open until 10pm. I found the beach beautiful with clean, soft white sand. I also enjoyed the water slides at the pools.
The buffet lacked chips. I think this item is a staple food item that most kids enjoy. I suggest adding chips to the buffet.

the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. food was excellent, and i especially enjoyed the breakfast (the pastries were fresh!). the kids enjoyed the play area and entertainment options.
the fridge in the minibar wasn't working. this was a little inconvenient for keeping drinks cold, especially with the warm weather.

This resort shines! the pools were a hit with everyone and kept clean. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness. They seemed to anticipate our needs. breakfast each morning provided a delicious and varied start to the day..
i did notice the wait times for snacks at the pool sometimes stretched longer than ideal.. about 25 minutes. it would improve the poolside experience greatly if this were addressed.
